Kimberly Development Group is a family owned Land Development Company and General Contracting, specializing in commercial. Founder, Chad Stelmok, grew up in a family that continues to be involved in development and construction. In 2005, Chad launched Kimberly Development Group, and the company has continued to flourish under Chad’s leadership.

Over the years, the company has developed and built multi-million dollar office buildings, built out many types of office spaces (including many dental and medical offices), built retail spaces, and has also done residential construction.
